You can ask CultHours.com to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to the CultHours app for players and students, and to partner accounts for academies, venues and coaches.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below with the mobile number registered on your account, or email support@culthours.com with the subject "Delete my CultHours account" and your registered mobile number.
- We will contact you on that number or email to confirm it is really you. We never delete an account without this check.
- Once confirmed, we delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your login, name, mobile number, email address and password
- Your profile: city, address, date of birth, photo and uploaded documents
- Saved devices and notification settings, location and search history
- Karma points, coupons, game and event participation, and chat messages
- Reviews you wrote are removed, or kept without your name
What we have to keep
- Booking, payment, refund and invoice records, kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. Where possible they are anonymised and used only for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
- Records held by your academy. If you are a student, the academy you trained with may keep the fee and attendance records it needs for its own accounts. Contact the academy directly about those.
- Partner accounts. Deleting an academy or venue account also removes its listing. Settlement, GST and invoice records are kept as the law requires.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Upcoming bookings are cancelled; refunds follow the venue's cancellation policy. Before deleting, please settle any dues and download anything you want to keep.
